1. What Snap for Harvest is

Snap for Harvest ("the extension," "we," "us") is a free Chrome browser extension that adds a time-tracking overlay to websites, allowing you to log time to your Harvest account more quickly. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Harvest or Harvest's parent company.

2. Requirements

To use Snap for Harvest you must:

• Have a valid, active Harvest account (subject to Harvest's own terms)
• Use a compatible version of the Google Chrome browser
• Be at least 13 years of age

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the extension only for its intended purpose — logging time to your own Harvest account. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension without permission
• Use the extension to access any Harvest account you are not authorised to use
• Attempt to exploit or interfere with any website the extension is active on

4. No warranty

Snap for Harvest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will work without interruption, be error-free, or remain compatible with future versions of Chrome, Harvest, or any third-party website.

Time tracking accuracy is your responsibility. Always verify your Harvest entries.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Snap for Harvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to lost time entries, billing discrepancies, or data loss.

6. Third-party services

The extension interacts with Harvest's API. Your use of Harvest is governed entirely by Harvest's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for any changes Harvest makes to their platform or API that may affect the extension's functionality.

7. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the extension at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide continued support or maintenance.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
